Are SEOs necessary

The basic fundamentals of a SEO is to provide the best visibility for your site, irrespective of content. No matter if you are an astronaut or a fish monger and you happen to have a website, these guys guarantee you a better visibility on the World Wide Web.

By visibility I mean human contact...in plain english visitors to your site. If you have opened up a business you need people to know that you have a business, which is offering a particular type of service and you want your products to be sold online. The SEO will make sure that your website is built in such a way that any person searching for a particular product will come across your website first or in the top ten, which is a lot considering the number of websites that exists in the web.

However here is the question everything is dependent on the search engine and the most popular search engine of all GOOGLE...no one knows the algorithm or in common terms the way google ranks and shows up a website when anyone is searching for a particular keyword. Everything is based on guesses and hunches. Some get lucky, some dont, but there is a market full of such people providing professional expertise on this area. Now how do they do it?

Try this as an experiment, you see title on the top of your page, try making it as specific as you can in relation to your content. Then comes the description of your website, write in a detailed description and keep it confined to a 120 words maximum. Leave away irrelevant data or keywords. Read the piece from Google, for further information, it will surely help you to understand better. Although it is an old post, however it's extremely important to know how google operates or views optimization as a concept and also in practice.
